Yellowtail roll with chanterelle mushroom and asparagus
We have been in discussion with a great little sushi-ya in Malmö Sweden named Sushibaren Malmö and will be highlighting some of their creative new rolls in the weeks to come. The itamae there is creating a menu of non-traditional but very interesting new rolls and we enjoyed them so much that we wanted to share his creations with our readers. This week’s tasty creation is yellowtail with sake poached chanterelle mushrooms and grilled asparagus (garnished with parsley).
