You've got to be kidding me! I live in Jacksonville and was very disappointed to find that Wasabi is the only sushi bar listed for Jacksonville. Then I read the review and I knew something was extremely fishy-other than the sushi at Wasabi. Not really, but the sushi at Wasabi is third rate at best. I thought maybe the owner wrote the "review" but I've been there a few time and spoken to him and I know for a fact that he is not capable. I wish that the website would include other sushi bars in Jacksonville to be fair. There are a lot of posers (bad sushi restaurants)out there but most people don't know any better. Unfortunately so many people prefer the buffet style of dinning as there are so many. Quantity over quality! To be fair there are a few sushi bars here that are decent but it all depends on the sushi chef. You have to experience and get to know what good sushi is all about first, and hopefully find it here in Jacksonville. Oh well, i don't know how many people would actually use this website to pick their restaurant but it's just plain wrong to talk so highly of a buffet sushi bar.
