Not too easy to spot from the street, Azuma is one of the best sushi restaurant I have found in a more traditional vein. With the freshest fish, Azuma has great commonly found items (the toro here really does melt in your mouth), and often unusual seasonal items not found in many other restaurants. Unfortunately, Azuma is a tad more expensive than most, but the quality of the sushi makes the price difference understandable and acceptable.
