Popular for the all you can eat buffet, Sushi Ya is a welcome newcomer to the Japanese Restaurants in Utah Valley. On top of standard sashimi and sushi rolls, one can expect to find specialties such as the Rocky Mountain (shrimp, tuna, salmon, scallop), Barney Rubble (tempura shrimp) or the local favorite Godzilla Roll (tempura white tuna with plenty of chili-sauce on top). For the non-sushi lover the restaurant offers teriyaki and tempura dishes.

Buffet Lunch is $13.95 and Buffet Dinner is $18.95. Other dishes individually range from $5 - $15
