"Reasonably fast for lunch. I dined alone while traveling for business training to the area, but the bar was pleasantly full. The itamae's were very kind, but spoke little English. As a routine, I ask what is especially fresh or a favorite of the itamae for nigirisushi items, and had to wait to find an itamae who spoke English. When one was obtained, he provided excellent advice, which I followed. Their rolls are very well presented, and in general, plate presentation was very high quality. Food quality was excellent and everything tasted exceptionally fresh. Lunch prices were around $5-8 for nigiri, and rolls were in the 10-13 range primarily. Their green tea was scalding hot and well-flavored, as was the green tea ice cream. It was a great dining experience, and I highly recommend this sushiya to travelers and locals.
