"Over multiple experiences, Itamae Sun and his family-operated sushiya have provided me a great introduction into fresh, excellent sushi. I'm particularly fond of his yellowtail and freshwater eel. Their atmosphere is simple, as it's a converted family grill [ what we call a diner or a dive ], with the bar seating approximately 10, and the restaurant area seating around 40 to 50. There's also outside seating for a pleasant evening meal. The prices are quite affordable for sashimi, nigirisushi, and makisushi, with some weeknight specials as well. It's a pleasant meal, and they'll even house nicer chopsticks for their regulars upon request. Try it out!" - Will Foy
