I stumbled aross this site while looking up nutrional value on this since I am in the process of dieting and eating better. That is my favorite one ( as it is with most sushi lovers) but I am happy I stumbled across this site and I ahve bookmarked it. You are very entertaining and informative!! Thank you! I'm surprised and delighted at your enthusiasm about Sushi. I'm working at sushi restaurant in Tokyo as a sushi chef trainee and hope to serve our cuisines to foreign people as much as possible. I've lived in France for a year then I found there were lots of Japanese restaurants there, however, I never felt like eating there.
